The Basic Law on Construction, Act LXXVIII of 1997 on the Shaping and Protection of the Built Environment. Act (\u00c9tv.) provides for the responsible technical manager's task, responsibility, and the conditions for the continuation of the activity. The Eve. defines the concept of responsible technical management activity, the range of natural and legal persons or organizations without legal personality engaged in the activity. According to the statutory definition, the responsible technical management activity is the management of the construction activity.

Construction technical inspection authority<\/h5>\n

The Basic Law on Construction, Act LXXVIII of 1997 on the Shaping and Protection of the Built Environment. Act (\u00c9tv.) provides for the task and responsibility of the construction shift inspector and the conditions for the continuation of the activity. The Eve. defines the concept of construction technical inspection activity, the range of natural and legal persons or organizations without legal personality carrying out the activity. According to the statutory definition, the activity of a construction technical inspector as the on-site agent of the builder is provided by \u00c9tv. and performing the tasks specified in the legislation issued on the basis of its authorization, primarily the professionalism of the construction and its implementation according to plan. The construction technical inspector is an important player in the construction process, and promotes and monitors compliance with the relevant legislation, official regulations, standards, contracts and construction documentation throughout the construction construction activity.

Investment manager entitlement<\/h5>\n

The Basic Law on Construction, Act LXXVIII of 1997 on the Shaping and Protection of the Built Environment. Act (\u00c9tv.) provides for the task and responsibility of the investment manager and the conditions for the continuation of the activity. The Eve. defines the concept of investment management activity, the range of natural and legal persons or organizations without legal personality carrying out the activity. According to the legal definition, the activity of investment management is the performance of the builder's tasks on behalf of the builder.
An investment activity may be carried out only by a person who notifies the body managing the list of its intention to do so. The condition for the notification and the continuation of the activity is that the person carrying out the investment management activity is not subject to the prohibition from employment that excludes such activity, has a criminal record and has the provisions of the \u00c9tv. with a specialist qualification and professional practice specified in a government decree issued on the basis of its authorization and meets the other conditions specified therein.
A legal person or an organization without legal personality may perform an investment management activity if its member or another person in a legal relationship with whom he or she has an employment relationship is entitled to continue the given activity, and this member or person participates in the performance of the activity.
